Practise helping you to make the beautiful buttocks in yoga

Method:
( 1) Lie supine, both arms locate in the side of body, adjust breath.
( 2) Inhale, one pair of knees of song, the heel tries hard to be close to the buttock.
( 3) Exhale, both hands embrace the ankle, lift the body overheadly slowly, tighten up buttock muscles, keep for 30 seconds, breathe naturally.
( 4) Exhale slowly, the body drops and reduces the posture to lie supine, do repeatedly again. Substitute the method: If hands can not reach the ankle, can let both hands be kept flat on the ground.
[Result: Tighten up buttock muscles, beautify the curve of buttock, front side spreading the body. ]
