The persons who deposit are each unit of legal person independently, independent management with the person deposited, independent accounting. The persons who deposit must sign the legal trusteeship agreement with the person deposited. Allow some tertiary hospitals to deposit the hygiene service organization of the community, health clinics in towns and townships trans-regionally, but must obtain the consent that both sides are in charge of health authorities and be put on record.
