This is a very simple breath way, it is very light and comfortable to breathe naturally, can practise at any time. Consciousness is totally put in breath, make it slow down and form a comfortable rhythm relaxed very much gradually. The key should just let nature take its course, needn't guide breath and change of health sedulously while practising breathing the law naturally.
Practise the method:
Step one, position of sitting or lying supine, close the eyes, relax whole body. Then observation is breathed for some time, totally put consciousness on the rhythm of breathing. Observe the air to enter from one nostril one with breathing, don't force any external force, breathe and totally produce in natural condition. Feel when inhaling, the cool air enters the nostril, while exhaling, the warm air discharges from nostril.
Step two, exercise finishing being breathed naturally step by step are observed during breath, one by one on the throat behind the mouth of air is entered. Consciousness is placed on the throat, when the feeling is breathed, the air passes the throat. Consciousness is given to the chest, feel while breathing, the air passes in and out in trachea and bronchused. When the feeling is breathed, the air passes in and out in the lung, experiences expansion and shrink of the lung.
